Criteria:
In order to be eligible for Return & Exchange you must fall into the following criteria.
• If the product damage during transit.
• If the product has manufacturing defect.
• If the customer receive the wrong article.
Policy is applicable if:
• It is informed within 24 hours after receiving the product (with the pictures).
• The product is unused.
• The product is in original packaging.
